About Anna
A Pilates instructor with expertise in both classic and modern methods, she has trained in Poland and the Netherlands over the years.
Through workshops, she continually expands her knowledge of bodywork, blending traditional and contemporary approaches.
She believes there is no single way to work with the body.
With an extensive dance background, she incorporates this experience into her work with clients.
Her goal is to explain and demonstrate how proper movement can help restore balance and provide relief to areas of discomfort.
While working, she dedicates her full attention to each client, supporting them in their journey to regain fitness and improve overall health and well-being.
